AXIS OF DESPAIR reveals a change in their lineup

In a recent update, Swedish grindcore AXIS OF DESPAIR reveals a change in their lineup for the year ahead.

Kristofer Jankarls has gracefully stepped away from the quartet, marking the end of a decade-long journey. Both sides part ways amicably after a gradual departure that has unfolded over time. The band expresses gratitude to Kristofer for a solid ten years of contributions to the grindcore scene.

Despite this change, AXIS OF DESPAIR is geared up for their upcoming show in Oslo on January 26 at Melodi Grind Prix 2 held at Vaterland with ARROGANT (SE), TOWER (NO), WALKING CORPSE (SE) and BAD VIBES (NO).

Following the performance, the focus will shift to crafting new material for their next album. With approximately 25 songs already penned, eager fans can anticipate further updates in the coming months as the band brings these creations to the rehearsal room.

The band is open to more live shows on the horizon and extends an invitation for collaboration.

For those interested in setting up a show with AXIS OF DESPAIR, direct messages or inquiries via axisofdespair@gmail.com are welcomed.
