BLOODCRUSHER is a one man brutal death metal passion project by Dave McKey which began in March 2024 with an unhealthy desire to prove someone to himself.
Taking major influence from the classic Era of Unique Leader (99-05) and other early pioneers of brutality, such as DISGORGE, PYAEMIA, DEEDS OF FLESH, DEVOURMENT, BRODEQUIN and DRIPPING. BLOODCRUSHER offers a fresh take on a classic sound.
After dropping a debut full length, a couple splits and a couple EPs in 2024, BLOODCRUSHER began 2025 by dropping a sophomore album, VOIDSEEKER.
Featuring guest vocals from Jack Christensen (ex-KRAANIUM/GUTTURAL SLUG), Azerate Nakamura (UNGRACEFUL, TOMB OF SCABS) AV of HERREMENTARI, Ash and Jake of REPULSED, Roman and Jax of ECHINOCOCCUS and more. This album expands on previous releases, offering a healthy balance of visceral grinds and soul crushing slams. A certain darkness lays within each track, offering a contrast between the big chugs.
2025 is going to be a busy year for BLOODCRUSHER with a lot of cool collaborations already in the works.
