Italian crust/grindcore act HORRID HUMAN CONDITION is set to release their long-awaited debut album, “Perpetual Imbalance”, on April 18, 2025.
The record delivers a raw and relentless assault, fusing elements of neocrust, traditional crust punk, and black metal, channeling both rage and bleak social commentary and it will be released via Time To Kill Records.
The first single, “Abused by Life”, is now available for streaming, offering a glimpse into the album’s blistering intensity. The track was the first piece written by the band after their formation in the summer of 2022, serving as a synthesis of the various influences that shape their sound. Lyrically, the song tackles the exploitation of workers in modern society, drawing inspiration from classic films such as “Metropolis” (Fritz Lang) and “The Working Class Goes to Heaven” (Elio Petri).
“In an increasingly fast-paced and cynical world, the ones who suffer the most are the workers, forced to give up their rights just to survive, spending a part of their existence in a state of alienation,” the band states.
