MAMMOTH GRINDER To Release New EP “Undying Spectral Resonance” in November

MAMMOTH GRINDER is set to unleash their latest EP, Undying Spectral Resonance, on November 15, 2024, through Relapse Records.

The US-based band, known for their fierce blend of punk-infused old-school death metal, continues to push boundaries with this five-track release.

Frontman and founding member Chris Ulsh (POWER TRIP, DEVIL MASTER) took full creative reins on this EP, playing all instruments and handling vocal duties. The material was recorded at Arthur Rizk’s home studio near Philadelphia. Rizk, a long-time collaborator, engineered, mixed, and mastered the EP, while also contributing a guest solo.

Ulsh explains that “Undying Spectral Resonance” explores dark themes of supernatural energy retention, drawing inspiration from the sinister atmospheres left behind by morbid events. Following up on their previous full-length, COSMIC CRYPT, MAMMOTH GRINDER aims to evolve their sound while staying true to their roots.

With a revamped lineup including Sebastian Phillips (NOISEM/EXHUMED) on guitar and Andy Horn (LOUD NIGHT) on bass, alongside Ryan Parrish (IRON REAGAN) on drums, the band is ready to re-enter the scene stronger than ever.

Prepare for MAMMOTH GRINDER’s return with “Undying Spectral Resonance” this November.
