Phoenix, Arizona’s NECRAMBULANT are set to release their highly anticipated second album, “Upheaval of Malignant Necrambulance”, on March 7, 2025.
Packed with relentless slamming brutal death metal, the album embodies everything the band stands for – horror, gore, and inhuman sonic devastation.
Among the album’s monstrous tracks is “Pestilential Ascendancy”, the second song inspired by the Warhammer 40K universe, focusing on the traitor Death Guard / Plague Marines. Vocalist Andy “Bonemeat” York elaborates:
“In my opinion, they are the second most ‘death metal’ faction in the 40K universe, as they are literally Death personified. Mutated, rotting, stinking, undead harbingers of plague and pestilence who aim to conquer the galaxy in the name of their god, Nurgle.”
With “Upheaval of Malignant Necrambulance”, NECRAMBULANT sharpen their self-described “Inhuman Slam Grind”, delivering an unrelenting assault of zombies, serial killers, cannibals, sci-fi horror, and brutal slams. The band emphasizes their no-filler approach, ensuring a tracklist that is nothing but sheer, gut-wrenching heaviness.
