A decade in the making, NO HEROES will finally unveil their debut album Brood Eternal on May 2, 2025, via Sound of the Northwoods.
What began with full intent over ten years ago – only to be shelved as life took its course – is now a fully realized, raw and abrasive slab of metallic extremity.
Originally following their 2014 demo The Colorless Condition, the band members shifted focus to other projects: Nick Stanger to ASHBRINGER and XYTHLIA, Sklarr Gabel to CONCORD and GANJA MUTT. But Brood Eternal lingered in the background – unfinished, but not forgotten.
Now complete, the album blends elements of deathgrind, black metal, and hardcore, without settling into any one category. It doesn’t chase trends – it simply exists because it had to.
Recorded across various locations over the years by Stanger and Nathan Wallestad, the album was mixed and mastered by Nick at his home studio, Sound of the Northwoods.
